IGNITE DAVIE is a collaborative community initiative designed to develop a well-trained and educated workforce to meet the needs of our local business and industry. IGNITE DAVIE will raise the educational attainment of our residents through tuition assistance to attend community college. The program assures all eligible high school graduates in Davie County can earn a two-year degree with minimal or no cost.

IGNITE DAVIE…

• Covers in-state tuition and required fees to attend Davidson-Davie Community College after all financial aid or other scholarships have been applied
• Provides up to $250 per semester for textbooks
• Covers the cost of summer courses for programs that require enrollment through the summer term
